DAILY PRICE CHECKS
No doubt if you're reading this now, you've already spent some time searching for your perfect vehicle, and we at W18 believe that you'd likely agree that we are amongst the most competitive independent dealerships across the UK. 99% of our cars are advertised in line with Auto Trader's... GOOD PRICE / GREAT PRICE or LOW PRICE indicators and we check our prices daily to ensure that we are the most competitive in the market.
WARRANTY
Although we do everything in our power to prepare our vehicles to the highest of standards prior to sale, nobody can foresee the unexpected which can often cause a hole in even the best-planned motoring budget. To ensure your peace of mind, all our cars are supplied with a comprehensive 6 Month Warranty and 6 Month Breakdown Cover. Our warranty is designed to ensure that in the unlikely event of a breakdown, you will experience minimal inconvenience to yourself. Any repairs can be carried out in any VAT registered garage in the UK or in one of our partner garages. If you would like any information about our Extended Warranty package, please do not hesitate to speak to one of our Sales Advisors who will happily explain the extended option available to you.
SERVICE AND MOT
Each car that leaves our forecourt comes with a minimum of 6 months MOT, and we guarantee that the vehicle will have been serviced in the last 9 months too. Should the vehicle you choose require an MOT within 6 months, rest assured that we will put a brand new MOT on the vehicle before you take delivery.
MOT ADVISORY NOTES
We send all our vehicles that require MOT to our trusted garage partners for an independent inspection. On occasion, a tester may raise an issue which would not necessarily warrant the car to fail, however it is advised to take action. A lot of garages are happy to sell vehicles with advisories, however this is not the case at W18 Cars. We assure you that we will remedy ALL advisories, and in turn you will receive documents to note of the advisories and what has been repaired. We like to make sure our customers have a completely clean MOT.
ROAD TEST & PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
Prior to sale our technicians inspect your new vehicle and take each and every car on a test drive using a varied route over different conditions in search of any unwanted noises.

Each and every one of our cars comes with The W18 Cars Care Package as standard, meaning you can drive away in complete peace of mind. Below we have created a comprehensive list of exactly what the package offers, so that you can clearly understand its excellent perks, be sure that it offers excellent value for money and see that we only charge it for the right reasons.
Courtesy Car
We fully understand and share the frustration that a mechanical issue can cause, and we aim to make the experience as painless as possible. In order to keep you mobile, W18 Cars offer 3 courtesy cars which (subject to availability) you are free to use whilst we are working on your vehicle. We ask that customers please bear in mind that our insurance cover is subject to age, driving experience and takes into consideration any convictions on your licence. Remember, where possible, please book in advance as all courtesy cars are in demand.
Aftercare Communication
We are pleased to have a dedicated Aftersales team who are dedicated to ensure you are kept up to date throughout the process of repair. We will liaise directly with the repairing garage whether that be in-house or at a garage of your choice, to ensure that you're left with a single point-of-contact.
No Warranty Excess Charge
Just like car insurance, Warranty Companies usually charge an excess when a customer makes a claim, as part of the care package, we are happy to cover this fee.
Fuel For Your First Journey
Prior to collection, we will make sure that your new car has at least £15 worth of fuel in the tank, we like to ensure there is at least enough fuel for a range of 70 miles - please note that this is all dependent on driving style and vehicle engine size!
Registration Documents & Taxing Your Vehicle
As part of the Care Package, we are happy to assist the change of all V5 registration documents into your name. We are also here to help you further with administering the tax for your new vehicle onsite at collection.
Motorcheck HPI Check
At W18 Cars, your care package includes a full clear HPI Check, rest assured that we also use these checks to consider mileage checks, owners and other information that the HPI so helpfully provides to ensure that we are buying the right vehicles to supply to our customers.
Finance
We do a great deal of work behind the scenes with our Finance Partners. From negotiating market-leading rates to bringing additional finance companies onboard if they have a great product for our customers, we strive to ensure that you have access to a best-in-class panel of lenders who can suit all needs and credit circumstances.
